Law means any order, decree, decision or set of rules that are decided & enforced by the ruling authority. In layman terms, it is doctrine that is created to help the community live a comfortable and secure life.
Crime: a dangerous leech that originates to become a host on the secure lives of the community and harm them. Well law is the anti-crime drug that people depend upon for their protection.
Out of 196 (approx.) countries in the world, there are many which are surviving in the total absence of law and order. We call them the lawless countries where common man is facing a difficulty every minute and hour of his life due to illegitimate control by people who have their own selfish motives. The whole country is under the military control which also has brought it to last on the list of democracy index which calculates how much democracy is there in the countries in this world.
