Crime: a dangerous leech that originates to become a host on the secure lives of the community and harm them. Well law is the anti-crime drug that people depend upon for their protection.
Out of 196 (approx.) countries in the world, there are many which are surviving in the total absence of law and order. We call them the lawless countries where common man is facing a difficulty every minute and hour of his life due to illegitimate control by people who have their own selfish motives.
