Law means any order, decree, decision or set of rules that are decided & enforced by the ruling authority. In layman terms, it is doctrine that is created to help the community live a comfortable and secure life.

10. North Korea

Also called Democratic People’s Republic of Korea or DPRK, this country lies 10^th on the list when it comes to crimes and instability in the country. Totalitarian rule is the heart and soul of this country which says that the political authority would have absolute and centralized control. Completely different from its sister i.e. South Korea, this country has been ranked as one of the most militarized countries in the world. The whole country is under the military control which also has brought it to last on the list of democracy index which calculates how much democracy is there in the countries in this world. With the laymen living under constant observation and no freedom, this country has also been ranked in one of the lowest in the human rights index which calculates how much a normal human being is given the rights of freedom.
