Simone Handbag Museum is Shaped as a Handbag
This one is going to be an instant favorite with all handbag connoisseurs across the globe: The five-storey BagStage building which houses the Simone Handbag Museum is supremely apt indeed as it is shaped like a handbag itself. Designed by Korean architects UAD and Charlie Smith Design, this one is a fashionable work of architecture. The purse-shaped building which also features a top handle houses around 300 handbags, some of which date all the way back to the 16th century. This permanent display delves into 400 years of handbag history and is located on the top floor.
It also boasts of a luxury flagship store which will feature contemporary Korean brands and designated studio space for up-and-coming designers.
Also in the offing is an interactive workshop which explains what goes behind the making of handbags and a floor solely dedicated to displaying over 500 various kinds of leather materials from around the globe. With so many options to choose from, this one is truly a complete experience. – Luxurylaunches
