The $1.9 Million Penfolds Collection is Available for Wine Connoisseurs in London
Wine connoisseurs are all too familiar with the name Penfolds. Yes, Penfolds is the name behind the most expensive wine in the world. And as if this title was not enough, Penfolds has decide to woo the wine lovers with yet another pricey but completely worth it offering. To tantalize your wine loving taste buds ‘The Penfolds Collection’, touted to be the finest set of Penfolds wines ever to be sold, will only available to buy at Hedonism Wines (London). The collection priced at a whopping £1.2 million ($1.9 million) includes a full vertical of signed Grange spanning six decades. What is more each bottle has been authenticated and signed by one of Penfolds Chief Winemakers including Max Schubert, John Duval, and Peter Gago.
The collection is a treat to wine lovers and comprises of thirteen magnum cases, including cases of Penfolds 2004 Bin 60A (James Suckling 100 point wine) and Penfolds 2008 Bin 620 Coonawarra Cabernet-Shiraz. The lucky buyer will also be given a case of Penfolds Icon & Luxury wines upon release for the next decade. As if this weren’t enough, the Penfolds team will work with the buyers to acquire £50,000 ($81,106) of unique Penfolds wines to tailor ‘The Penfolds Collection’ to the buyers taste.
To house this collection the buyer will also have a Penfolds cellar built in his/her home, courtesy Penfolds. And the offerings don’t end there. The buyer will also be flown to the home of Penfolds, the Magill Estate in Adelaide, for a unique VIP tour that includes 2 nights’ accommodation, a private tour of the Penfolds Kalimna homestead and Block 42 as well as enjoy tasting some of the finest wines. Last but not the least, the buyer of the collection will also be eligible to VIP access at future Penfolds re-corking clinics.
